PIP SEMINARS

Starting in 2012, Charles has been a regular presenter at programs throughout the State of Florida including Miami, Fort Lauderdale, West Palm Beach, Orlando and Tampa which has been attended by the judiciary, attorneys, medical professionals, paralegals and insurance adjusters for CLE Credit regarding the Florida PIP Statute and the 2013 amendments to same. The 2013-2014 seminar was titled “Florida’s New PIP Law – Automobile Accident Turned Train Wreck”. The 2015-2016 seminar was titled “Florida PIP Law: Not the Same Ol' Same Ol’ which took place in Fort Lauderdale in May, 2015 in  Miami in October, 2015 and in Tampa in May 2016. The 2017 seminar was titled “The Florida PIP Statute: Be Careful What You Wish For” which took place in Fort Lauderdale in February 2017 and Hollywood in October, 2017. The seminar is titled “The Florida PIP Statute: Chaos Reigns Supreme”, took place in Miami Lakes Florida on October 24, 2019 and Fort Lauderdale Florida on September 27, 2018. The speaking engagement on April 19, 2021 was conducted via webinar and was titled “The Florida PIP Statute 2021 Updated”. The most recent speaking engagement took place on January 31, 2023 in Fort Lauderdale. and was titled “The Florida PIP Statute 2023 Update.”

In 2015, Charles and The Vaccaro Law Firm were inducted in the Florida Verdicts Hall of Fame in the Category of Wrongful Death for his work in tragic case of a young man killed by a driver who ran a red light.
