PIP SEMINARS

Starting in 2012, Charles has been a regular speaker at seminars regarding the Florida PIP Statute throughout the State of Florida which has been heavily attended by members of the judiciary, attorneys, medical professionals, paralegals and insurance adjusters for CLE Credit in their respective fields as well as Civil Trial Board Certification Credit for Florida Attorneys

The 2012 seminar was titled "Florida PIP Litigation: Hot Topics, Trends and the Future of PIP " and took place in Fort Lauderdale, Orlando and Tampa focusing on the 2013 Amendments to the Florida PIP Statute.

The 2013-2014 seminar was titled “Florida’s New PIP Law – Automobile Accident Turned Train Wreck” and took place in Miami in 2013 and Orlando in 2014.

The 2015-2016 seminar was titled “Florida PIP Law: Not the Same Ol' Same Ol’ which took place in Fort Lauderdale in May, 2015 in  Miami in October, 2015 and in Tampa in May 2016. 

The 2017 seminar was titled “The Florida PIP Statute: Be Careful What You Wish For” which took place in Fort Lauderdale in February 2017 and Hollywood in October, 2017. 

The 2018 seminar was titled “The Florida PIP Statute: Chaos Reigns Supreme” and took place in Fort Lauderdale Florida in  September,  2018.

Another Presentation of   “The Florida PIP Statute: Chaos Reigns Supreme” is being planned for 2019 and this site will be updated once details of when and where that will take place are finalized

In 2015, Charles and The Vaccaro Law Firm were inducted in the Florida Verdicts Hall of Fame in the Category of Wrongful Death for his work in tragic case of a young man killed by a driver who ran a red light.
